She was predeceased by: her husband James Vest; her son Terry Vest; her granddaughter Melissa Clouse; her parents, Sarah Neubert, and Amos Neubert, Sr.; and her brothers, Dan Neubert and Amos Neubert Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Sara; her grandchildren, Aaron Clouse and Erin Lambright; her son-in-law Greg England; and her brother Bill Neubert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
