She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gentry and Helen Dean Pruitt Heath; her stepmother Irene Deem; her aunt Dot Helton; her husband Nathanial Crain; her daughter Susie Horton; her stepdaughter Paula Walker Smith; and her stepsister Darlene Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, David Price (DeLeesa) of Sparta, Josh Price (Alicia) of Sparta and Matt Price (Jennifer) of McMinnville; her stepchildren, Charsie Evans (Barney) of Spencer, Iris Quinn, Barbara Stephens (Scott), Pamela Farris (Mike), Joyce Hughes (Steve) and Charles Crain; her grandchildren, Charles Price, Elizabeth Price, Vincent Price of Rayna Randolph, J. R, Horton, Andrew Price, Aubrey Randolph, Samuel Price, Ivory Price and Ethan Price; and her siblings, Bennie Heath of Sparta, Melavie Heath of Sparta and Denise Roberson (Tim) of Sparta. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
