She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gentry and Helen Dean Pruitt Heath; her stepmother Irene Deem; her aunt Dot Helton; her husband Nathanial Crain; her daughter Susie Horton; her stepdaughter Paula Walker Smith; and her stepsister Darlene Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, David Price (DeLeesa) of Sparta, Josh Price (Alicia) of Sparta and Matt Price (Jennifer) of McMinnville; her stepchildren, Charsie Evans (Barney) of Spencer, Iris Quinn, Barbara Stephens (Scott), Pamela Farris (Mike), Joyce Hughes (Steve) and Charles Crain; her grandchildren, Charles Price, Elizabeth Price, Vincent Price of Rayna Randolph, J. R, Horton, Andrew Price, Aubrey Randolph, Samuel Price, Ivory Price and Ethan Price; and her siblings, Bennie Heath of Sparta, Melavie Heath of Sparta and Denise Roberson (Tim) of Sparta. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunter Funeral Home (120 Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home (120 Bockman Way, Sparta, TN 38583).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hunter Funeral Home, PO Box 90, Sparta, TN 38583 to help the Crain family with funeral expenses.
