She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walter Ward and Erbie Edith Nash Ward; and her brother Walter Jackie Ward. She is survived by: her son Sawyer Gaona of Lyles; her former husband Ortemio Gaona of Cookeville; her siblings, Wesley Ward (Doris) of Cookeville, Paul Poss of Sparta, Frito Ward of Sparta, James Golden of Cookeville and Thelma Jean Hollingsworth of Sparta; and her grandchildren, Walter Pedro Sisco and Maylee Majka.
