He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hilary and Effie Velma Cooper Livesay; and his siblings, Lillian Jo Nelson (John Estle), Sheila Earline Nelson (Clarence Vestle), Janice McHenry (Roy) and Clarence Burton Livesay (Judy).
He is survived by: his wife Lori Livesay; his children, Scott Livesay (Missy), Sean Livesay (Rhonda), Ashley Livesay, Derrick Livesay and Kayla Mitchell (Chuck); his grandchildren, Colby, Caleb, Jalyn, Leia, Cade, Colt, Ashley, Aspen and Kiersten; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Owen, Waylon, Liam, Gracie and Emily; his nephews, John Nelson and Ron Nelson; his mother-in-law Betty Hutchings; and his siblings-in-law, Patty and Dean Day.
