It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Butch Simmons of Sparta, Tennessee, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Milburn Simmons; and his siblings, Tena Robinson, Randy Simmons and David Simmons. He is survived by: his daughter Brittney Simmons Hines (Kevin) of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Hadley, Hudsyn and Harlan Hines of Cookeville; his mother Dean Simmons of Sparta; and his siblings, Cindy Sidwell (Johnny) of Livingston and Rick Simmons (Sissy) of Sparta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
