He was predeceased by: his parents, George D Fulton and Lois Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Cynthia C (Henley), Michael (Fulton), Terri Lynn (Hadley) and Scott (Crider); his mother-in-law Ethel (Blount); and his siblings, Floy Marie (Crane) and Donald Glen (Fulton). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home (44 N Main St, Sparta, TN 38583). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
