He was predeceased by: his parents, James Newton "Jack" and Ida Beatrice Emerton West; his siblings, Susie, Linda, Brenda, J. L. and Herman; and his grandson Bradley West.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn West; his daughters, Tonya Carter (Shannon), Becky Redmon (David), Amanda Stotts (Kevin) of McMinnville, Ruby Tucker of Shelbyville, Nita Hugh of Shelbyville and Lana Crutcher (David) of Belfest, TN.; his grandchildren, Abigail Young, Paige Mooneyham (Trenton), Shana Carter, Kasy Douthit (Greg), Kelsey Corbin, Ashley West (Jamie), Catlyn West, Zach, Jaden Young, Zachary Whited, Gabe, David Redmon, Jr., Nick, Logan, Malaki Ferree, Tintsey Coats and Veleda Crowell Fourteen; and his siblings, Bo West, Betty Gentry and Judy West.
