She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Forsythe and Sara Forsythe; her daughter April Lynn Burks; and her siblings, Jimmy Forsythe (Jonnie Forsythe) and Emma Jene Forsythe.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Barnes (Adam), Patricia Burks and Jerry Mooneyham; her siblings, Lloyd Forsythe, Jerry Wayne Forsythe, Stella Davis and Dorothy Jones; her grandchildren, Brittany Dodd and Kaylie Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Blakely Dodd and Payton Dodd.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home (44 N Main St, Sparta, TN 38583).
