He was predeceased by: his parents, Squire Franklin and Grace Mae Fletcher Johnson; and his siblings, James Johnson and Ruth Duckett. He is survived by: his children, Earl Johnson Jr. and Janet Ruth Hoose. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; Also a host of cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Old Bon Air Cemetery (1274 Old Bonair Rd, Sparta, TN 38583).
