She is survived by: her parents, George Anderson Gardenhire and Mary Christine Cummings; her siblings, Shawn Gardenhire, Doris Young (Kirk), Mary Davis and Vera Darvin (Charles); her children, Andrew Blake Young and Bridgett LeNatt Washington; her boyfriend Anthony Garrett; and her close friend Fetima Evans (Ayden Evans). She is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home (44 N Main St, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
