She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Wade and Charles Arvilda "Bill" Clemmons Norris; her husband Ronald Lee "Ronnie" Williams; her brothers, Thomas Wade Norris and Frank Leslie Norris; and her son Gene Williams (Misty).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Sparkman (Jason) and Cindy Smith (Shawn); her grandchildren, Zach, Chris, Josh S., Katrina, Kim, Travis, Richard, Kayla, Dakota, John Tyler, Kristina, Tyler, Jay, Josh I., Nicholas and Alana; and her siblings, Edward "Butch" Norris (Nancy), Dorothy Dean Selby and Judy Fisher.
