He is survived by: his wife Jody Mullins; his son Anthony Mullins; his stepchildren, Coleen Allen (Cody Stearns), Stanley Allen and Michael Gorski; his granddaughter Kara Stearns; his great grandchild Addy Kammerzell; and his siblings, John Henry Mullins, Jackie Mullins, Agnes Hedgecough, Jean Bennett and Virginia Rogers.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Peeled Chestnut Cemetery (788 Peeled Chestnut Ln, Sparta, TN 38583).
