He is survived by : his wife Barbara England of Sparta, Tennessee; his children, Sue Ann Sparks (James) of Cookeville, Karen England of North Carolina, Gary Randolph of Illinois, Wendell Randolph of Arizona, Robert England (Betty) of North Carolina, Mike England of Florida and Paul England of Virginia; his aunt Sylvia Farmer of Sparta, Tennessee; and his uncles, John England of McMinnville and Ernest England of Sparta. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 13 Great grandchildren 4 Great-Great grandchildren.
