She was predeceased by: her husband Joe H. Wilson; her parents, Hershel Phillips and Tilda Looper Phillips; and her sibling Jewell Hinson. She is survived by: her siblings, Marie Cordell, Marcen "Buddy" Phillips, Mildred Linder, Estelle Tosh, Rodger Phillips and Wanda Pugh; her sister-in-law Ona Wilson; her grandchildren, Jason Atkinson, Jamie Atkinson, Jon Atkinson, Scotty Wilson, Corey Wilson, Nick Wilson, Greg Medlin, Matt Wilson, Amber Herren, Haley Schmidt, Hunter Herren, Russ Wilson, Latha Walker, Shannon Cox, Saylor Wilson, Jamie Robbins, Tabitha Kring, Jacob Bess and Will Wilson; and also, Charlene Kerr, Christiana Flatt and Darlene Bailey. She is also survived by 37 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great Grandchildren, special caregivers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Oak Lawn Funeral Home (1786 Smithville Hwy, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Copelands Chapel.
