He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Juanita Jones Curtiss and Eldon George Curtiss; and his brother Eldon DeWayne "Butch" Curtiss. He is survived by: his brother Charles Curtiss (Peggy); his niece Nichole Crittenden (Bill); his aunts, Mary Jane Taylor and Ida Ruth Blunkall A; Bobby Jack, Mary Jones, Kenneth, Jessica Jones, Ronald, Ann Jones, David and Debbie Jones.
