He is survived by: his wife Kathy Humphrey; his children, Crystal (Justin Stalker) of Watertown, TN and JD Humphrey (Katelyn) of Sparta, TN; and his grandchildren, Emma Stalker, Grace Stalker, Eston Humphrey, Jonah Humphrey and Haskel Humphrey.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to help with funeral expenses.
