He is survived by: his daughter Jacque Leann Qualls (Lewis); his siblings, Wilbert Broom (Marie), John Broom and Judy Broom White; his nieces, Cindee Bryant McClain (Matt), Lisa Broom and Kristie White; his nephew Jason White (Amanda); and his grandsons, Justin Ray Qualls and Tristan Carter Qualls.
