He was predeceased by: his parents, Dibrell Lee Young and Daisy Belle Jones Young; his wife Julie Ann Carr Young; his mother-in-law Betty Carr; and his siblings, Dibrell Lee Young, Jr., Johnny Lee Young, James Cecil Young, Fannie Lee Brock and Lillie Belle Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Clarrissa Stewart (John) and Matthew Wayne Young; his grandchildren, Jonissa Horne (Tim), Amber Davis (Ryan), Bruce Young (Brittney) and Brandon Young (Marina); his great grandchildren, Aurora, Tavor, Anna Belle, Hadley, Paislee, Harper, Wyatt, John, Raelynn and Adalyn; and his siblings, Paul Young (Jessie), Lloyd Young, Lyle Eugene Young, Doug Carr (Denise), Clara Mae Thompson, Gladys Garrell, Josephie Pittman, Debbie Young, Lora Ann Stouder (Shawn), Georgia Marie Brown, Mary Austin (Danny) and Teresa Hargis.
