He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clyde and Shirley Dean Beasley Dodson; and his brother William Dodson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith Dodson; his children, Patrick Ray Dodson (Megan), Donnie Dodson and Kelley Dodson Ryan; his grandchildren, Madalyn Scott, Haylee Ryan, Charlee Ryan and Ruthie Dodson; and his siblings, Louise House (Steve), Betty Conley (Larry), Linda Brewer (Raymond) and Johnny Dodson (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
