He is survived by: his child Logan Reed Machado; his daughter-in-law Geralyn Ehrlich Machado; his grandchildren, Logan Reed Machado, Jr. and Quinn Eugene Machado; his parents, Claude Reed Machado and Shelia Phillips Machado of Sparta, TN.; his sister Tiffany Jane Machado; his sibling's children, Makayla Jayne Collinsworth, Tyrin Mykhul Collinsworth and Aliyah Danyelle Collinsworth; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden Reed Thompson and Layla Danyelle Collinsworth; and his aunts and uncles, Myrtle Phillips (late Norris), Roland Phillips (Marsha), David Reyes (late Theresa), Don Phillips, Maxie Machado (late Nance) and Marvin Ralph. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
