She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Adcock and Etta Miranda Pitt; her husband Roger Dale Moore; and her sisters, Bobbie Emogene England, Bertie Avenell Luna and Zona Lee Greenwood.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Phillips (Danny), Amy Scoggins (Casey), Miranda Yoder (Russell) and Jared Moore (Amber); her siblings, Betty Sue Slatten (J. C.), Della Marie Howard (Paul), Henry Gerald Adcock (Peggy) and Earl Dennis Adcock (Darlene); her grandchildren, Jessie Phillips, Ashley Phillips, Lindsey Phillips, Emma Scoggins, Riley Scoggins, Eli Scoggins, Caden Moore, Ava Moore, Ian Moore and Jude Moore; and her great grandchildren, Jackie Phillips, Everly Phillips, Dawson Phillips and Dani Kate Phillips.
