He is survived by: his significant other Betty Nash Ballard; his daughters, Lori Ballard Greatorex (Donnie), Jenny Anderson (Bobby) and Aimee Payne (Mike); his siblings, Robert Ballard and Sandy Scott (Billy); his grandchildren, Brooklynn Payne, Alex Hickey (Ben), Michael Peyton Payne, Katie Kashner (Joe), Sean Nash and Emily Anderson; his great grandchildren, Josie, Lila, Norah Kashner and Theo Hickey; and his pets, Tater and Abby.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
