He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray and Mattie Lula Bradley Broyles of Sparta, Tennessee.; his sister Roberta; his wife Martha Sue; his brothers, Ralph (Patsy) and James Thomas; and his brother-in-law Bruce Vaughn.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Ray Broyles (Denise), Sherrie Beth McCulley (Robert) of Sparta, Tennessee, Susan Raye Harris (Howard) and William "Bill" Fearon Broyles of Nashville, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Zachary Broyles (Morgan), Hannah Broyles Marcum (Daniel), Keith McCulley, Hallie Harris, Houston Harris and Mattie Harris Williams (Cliff); his great grandchildren, Sydney Marcum and Graham Broyles; and his siblings, Leon (Martha Jane) and Martha Jo Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the West Sparta Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
