She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Lewis Cantrell (David) of Sparta, Sandy Lewis of Sparta and Relva Lewis (Doug Roberts); her grandchildren, Chelsa Cantrell Burch (Jackson) of Sparta and Chase Lewis of Sparta; her great grandchildren, Jack Burch of Sparta, Ryder Burch of Sparta, Dylaney Burch of Sparta and Charlie Burch of Sparta; and her sisters-in-law, Jill Cunningham of Sparta and Helen Cunningham of Crossville.
