He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Randolph Finley; his brother Haskel Finley; his son Jerry Finley; and his son-in-law Ronnie Jolley. He is survived by: his father William Carson Finley; his grandchildren, Beverly Faye and Angela Kaye; his brother Loyd; his great grandchild Mia; his wife Mary Finley; his daughters, Beverly Jolley, Lisa Carter (Mike) and Angela King (J. T.); his grandchildren, Ashley Umberger (Teague), Amber Franklin (Levi), Audrey King, Gage King, Blake Carter (Sidney), Jared Carter (Ashlynn) and Amy Jones (Jason); and his great grandchild Laklyn (Miles).
