With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Marie Newman (Sparta, Tennessee), who passed away on August 28, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Uvalda Sparks; her husband Leslie Clyde Newman; and her siblings, William Sparks, Charles Sparks Jr., Lester Sparks and Shirley Ruth Sparks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lenderman (Paul) and Kay Newman; her grandchildren, Timothy Johnson, Katoshia Johnson and Abby Lenderman; and her great grandchild Leslie Johnson. She is also survived by three brothers; two sisters; many nieces and nephews.
