She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Lee; and her siblings, Sally Lance, Thomas, Kenneth and Paul Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Jason Denton of Crossville, Lewis Denton, Jr. of Sparta and Sheila Kay Wood of McMinnville; and her brothers, Robert, James, Darryl, David, Richard, Roger, Mike and Phillip Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
