She was predeceased by: her father Walter Ray Ashburn; and her husband Alfred Sierocinski. She is survived by: her mother Marilene Youngblood Ashburn of Buffalo Valley, TN; her sister Beverly Kaye Jones of Buffalo Valley, TN; and her children, David Templeton of Huntsville, AL, Greg Templeton of Nashville, TN and Lesley Welshans (Lee) of Jersey Shore, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions are suggested to be made to the American Cancer Society Memorial Foundation Hope Lodge, Nashville, TN.
