He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Goggins and Lillian Wise Goggins; and his siblings, Winfred Goggins, Janie Counts, Shirley West and Danny Goggins.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hickey of Sparta, TN; his children, Laurie Classen (Darran) of Joplin, MO and Ryan Hickey (Deanna) of North Aurora, IL; his grandchildren, Brittany Brunson, Payton Newman, Miguel Newman, Mateo Hickey and Aidan Hickey; and his sisters, Linda Bishop, Barbara Murray and Judi Kellogg.
