Seagraves of Sparta, Tennessee, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Seagraves and Minnie Rice Seagraves; and his wife Sandra Freet Seagraves. He is survived by : his sister Linda G. Jones (David) of Sparta, TN; his stepson Robert Blakley (Heather) of Tampa, FL; and his granddaughter Nikota Barber of Beverly Hills, FL.
