She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her daughter Annette England; her siblings, Dar Bielek (Dennis), Edie Brown (Steve) and Craig Polenciewicz (Debbie); her mother-in-law Beulah Clouse O'Brien; and her sister-in-law Mary Cook (Rufus).
