She was predeceased by: her father Guy Jasper; her husband Charles William "Bill" Trelz; her daughter Teresa Irene Trelz; and her siblings, Bunny, Clayson Cutler, Waynoka Hott, Marie Cutler, Imogene Barger, Pauline Phelps, Guylula Jones, Beverly Kingston, Wilma Moore, Melba Mathias and Shirley Everett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Lynn Smith (Ronald Keith) of Madison, TN and Tracey Lee Rouse (Greg Alan) of Sparta; and her grandchildren, Rachel Dodson (John), Trisha Dashaw (Justin), William Wilmoth (Caterina), Chris Smith (Amy), Ginger Smith and Matthew Rouse.
