He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Broehl and Jane Bisantz Broehl; and his siblings, Larry Broehl and Kathy Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Garrott Broehl; his grandchildren, Ava and Thomas Jackson; and his sister Linda Rasmussen (Keith).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Friends of Scott's Gulf in Pete's memory.
