He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Rutherford Johnson and Melvin L. Johnson; his in-laws, Isaac and Beulah Neal; and his siblings, Sally Martha Denton, Kenneth Johnson, Paul Johnson and Thomas Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnson; his children, Ashley Nolan (Robert), Tianisha Johnson, Trevathan Johnson and Jessika (Austin McCormack); his grandchildren, Anthony Jenkins, Tommy Jenkins, Bently Jenkins, Aurora Cook, Cannon McCormack and Colt McCormack; his brothers, Robert Johnson, Mike Johnson, James Johnson, David Johnson, Darryl Johnson, Richard Johnson and Roger Johnson; and his son Rodney Johnson. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
