He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl B. Andrews and Frances Wolfe Andrews; and his grandparents, Odell, Bertha McCormick Andrews, Hubert and Lois Minix Wolfe.
He is survived by: his wife Louetta Gann Andrews; his children, Caleb Andrews (Tiffany) and Hayley Johnsey (Chris); his grandchildren, Elijah, Tai, Zak Andrews, Jack Johnsey and Callum Rand Johnsey; his sisters, Malinda Stafford (Earl) and Lorie Prock (Troy); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Adam, Ashley Stafford, Stephanie, Stephen and Daniel Bradley. He is also survived by his great-nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodard Funeral Home (5591 US-31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
