He is survived by: his children, Kelly Mayfield (Duane), Keith Kirby (Racheal) and Kelsi Kirby; his grandchildren, Molly Mayfield, Cassidie Bumbalough (Tyler), Skylar Kirby, Shealynn, James Mayfield, Bryana Mayfield and Lilly Kirby; his children, Cody Whittenberg and Jennifer Goines; his siblings, Shirley, Karla Kirby, Becky Frazier, Terry and David Kirby; and his daughter Darlene Wilson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
