He is survived by: his children, Stephen Lynn Fowler II (Tiffanie), Kelly Lynn Fowler and Jessica Williams; his siblings, David Fowler (Flo), Michelle Fowler, Rhonda M. Fowler and Jaime Batson (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Kloe Fowler, Abigail Fowler, Lilly Kirby, Alivia Fowler, Isabella Walker and Caitlynn Pritchard Love. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
