He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronnie Spivey and Monica Dion Spivey; and his father William Wayne Spivey. He is survived by: his mother Sondra Spivey; and his siblings, April Spivey, Ashley Spivey, Cheyenne Barnes (Dylan), Beverly Barrett, Kathy Campbell, Lonnie Spivey and Jesse Spivey. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
