He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ray and Cora Lou Brown; his siblings, Erbie Howell, Vernice Howell, Dewey Howell and Bernice Howell; and his brother-in-law Claudie Dean Mabe.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Mabe (Claudie) and Jerry Brown (Anita); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Howell and Dorothy Howell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
