He was predeceased by: his wife Becky Winnett; his father Tom; and his daughter Anna Marie Winnett. He is survived by: his children, Michael Winnett of Sparta, TN and Amber Sims (Jerrod) of McMinnville, TN; his siblings, Chris Randolph (Lisa) of Sparta, TN and Misty Bell (John) of Cookeville, TN; and his grandchildren, Michael Williams, Haley Sims, Samantha Sims and Justin Sims. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
