He was predeceased by: his wife Veleria Ann Osborne; his son Jonathan Osborne; his parents, Dave Osborne and Clara Osborne (Walls); and his siblings, Hubert E. Osborne, Samuel L. Osborne, Michael Osborne and Alice Osborne Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Warman (Donnie), Clara Jo Bonney, Carl Osborne, Jr. (Kelly), Sam Osborne (Janie), Cynthia Barton (Kenneth) and Mark Osborne (Jackie); and his siblings, Lola Davidson, Betty Sue Papagno and David Osborne. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
