He is survived by: his children, Tammy Cody Herzog (John Herzog) of Saginaw, MI. and Eugene E Cody (Susan Cody) of Midland, MI.; his grandchildren, Sandra Dietrich, Justin Dietrich, Kevin Kinasz, Jordon Cody and Megan Cody; and his siblings, Donald Cody, Harold Cody, Curtis Cody, Raymond Cody, Larry Cody and Alice Hall.
