He is survived by: his wife Sandra Amick of Speedwell; his son James Amick (Kari) of Florida; his brothers, Kent Blevins (Barbara), Colin Belvins (Judy) and Tennis Blevins (Alice); his grandchildren, Jonathan Amick, Annalise Amick, Matthew Fraiser and Abigail; and his sister-in-law Nancy Blevins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
