She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Wells (Leach); and her grandparents, Hope, Dean Wells, Earl and Della Mae Leach.
She is survived by: her son Jacob Rose (Billy Jean); her grandchildren, Kylie and Connor; her close friend Darryl Malicoat; her stepmother Freddie; her brother Mark Wells; and her nieces, Cassi and Samantha. She is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
