He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Wayne Gibson; his nephew Corey Gibson; and his grandparents, Charles Idol, Corene Rego, Jesse and Elon Gibson.
He is survived by: his mother Debra Gibson (Jay Welch); his children, Brandon Patterson (Skyler), Steven Gibson, Sierra Collins (Jackson) and Chrissa Gibson (Nathan Ramsey); his granddaughters, Wrenleigh and Harper; and his brother Jesse Gibson (Brandy Lee).
