He was predeceased by: his parents, Bayless Sullivan Sr. and Ella B. Sullivan Oakes; his stepfather Charles Oakes; and his siblings, Chrissi Pierce Bailey and Gregory Pierce.
He is survived by: his children, Dalton Sullivan and Ellana "Laney" Sullivan; and his grandson Greyson Sullivan.
