She is survived by: her husband John Phillips; her daughters, Tina Spears (Stephen), Sandra Hart, Donna Coffman and Angela Williams; her siblings, Leo Krystynak (Lisa), Paul Krystynak (Sissy) and Lisa Schallon (Kenneth); her stepsons, Johnnie Phillips and Ronnie Phillips; and her grandchildren, Thomas E. Spears and Cameron B. Hart. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
