He is survived by: his children, Bill Barnes (April) of Spencer, Cody Barnes of Spencer and Daphenie Barnes Alexander of Tullahoma; his grandchildren, Brandon Barnes, Owen Alexander and Jaylyn Blaylock (Zach); his great grandchildren, Evrett and Wrenley Blaylock; his brother-in-law Joe Bob Mills; and his nephew Kent Mills.
