She is survived by: her granddaughter Sharon Mooneyham (Larry); her great grandchildren, Wendy Forsythe (Paul), Robin Mooneyham (Austin Fults) and Lowen Mooneyham; and her great great grandchildren, Briley Forsythe, Draven Forsythe and Ledger Pickett.
