She was predeceased by: her daughters, Megan and Regan Mooneyham; her father Johnny Stephenson; her adoptive father Randy Reagan; her grandparents, John Dee Hastings, Faye O'Dear Murphy, John Stephenson and Sue Presnell Stephenson; and her father-in-law Walter Herron.

She is survived by: her husband Shane Pettit; her children, Brenton Mooneyham, Slayton Pettit (Jemima), Madysen Steiner (Alex) and Aubrey Pettit; her grandchild Declan Mooneyham; her mother Triva Womack; her stepfather Jimmy Womack; her mother-in-law Margaret Herron; and her siblings, Jonathan Reagan and Jennifer Hellmer (Josh). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
